OREANDA-NEWS  North Korean leader Kim Jong-un showed new North Korean drones at a meeting with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu. It is noted that their appearance is similar to American unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), RIA Novosti reports.

At the arms and equipment exhibition in Pyongyang, Kim Jong-un showed Shoigu the latest models of the country's weapons, including ballistic missiles, tanks, and armored vehicles. On the banners of the two drones presented at the exhibition, similar in appearance to the American RQ-4 Global Hawk and MQ-9 Reaper, photos of the devices in flight were posted, meaning that the DPRK military has already tested them.

Earlier it became known that Shoigu, during a meeting with Kim Jong-un, gave him a personal message from Russian President Vladimir Putin. The head of North Korea, in turn, expressed gratitude for the message conveyed.
