OREANDA-NEWS  Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the United States. This is reported in Telegram by the head of the office of the President (AP) of Ukraine Andriy Ermak.

"A bilateral meeting of the President and the team with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. We talked about strengthening our cooperation on international platforms, in particular at the UN and the G20, as well as implementing the formula for peace and preparing for the second peace summit," the publication says.

Yermak added that Ukraine desperately needs the support of its own peace plan from all participants in the international community.

Earlier, The Times newspaper reported that Zelensky would present a "victory plan" of four main points during his visit to the United States. It is assumed that the implementation of the points of the plan will allow Ukraine to begin peace negotiations with Russia by the end of 2024.
