OREANDA-NEWS President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky spoke about the conflict with Russia during a speech in the Bundestag. He posted a video of his speech on the Telegram channel.

Zelensky appreciated the possibility of compromises with Russia and stressed that their time had come. According to him, Ukrainians must restore normal life in the country. The Ukrainian leader added that Kiev will conduct military operations until it resolves the crisis on its own terms.

"The perpetrator of the war is obliged to bear responsibility. It is fair to answer for every crime of this war," he said.

Earlier it became known that Zelensky does not want to negotiate with Russia. Instead, he intends to persuade most countries to approve his "formula for peace" in order to then put Moscow in front of the fact.
