Young Graffiti Artist Staged a Shooting in Center of Moscow
OREANDA-NEWS The police in Moscow detained a 24-year-old resident of the Moscow region who staged a shooting in the center of the capital, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city reports.
It is specified that unknown persons painted the wall of the building of one of the cultural institutions on Tverskaya Street with paint. At that moment, a building guard approached the vandals and demanded to stop illegal actions.
Then the young man approached the man and fired a pistol-like object into the air next to him. After that, the company disappeared in an unknown direction.
Later, the suspect was detained. The object from which the offender fired was seized and sent for research. A criminal case was initiated against him under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism").
Earlier, experts recognized Sergei Glazov, who staged the shooting in the Moscow MFC "Ryazansky", as insane.
On the afternoon of December 7, a man opened fire in the multifunctional center of public services (MFC) "Ryazansky" on the 1st Novokuzminskaya Street. As a result of the tragedy, two people were killed and four more, including one child, were injured of varying severity. On December 9, the court arrested Glazov for two months - until February 7, 2022.
