OREANDA-NEWS The restructuring of the combined Wildberries marketplace company and Russ outdoor advertising operator has been completed, Wildberries CEO Tatyana Kim (Bakalchuk) said.

In June, Wildberries and the Russ Group announced a merger to create the latest digital trading platform.

"I am pleased to announce that the restructuring of our combined company has been completed, and we are now ready for new projects," Tatiana Kim said in a Telegram video message.

She noted that back in November 2023, she understood that Wildberries needed a serious restructuring of the structure. "It should remain flexible, but at the same time become clearer, more structured and more correct," Kim said.

Now the company is actively preparing for the high season and is implementing many new projects, she added.

Earlier it was reported that the combined infrastructure of the companies will include a digital media platform, a network of advertising structures, logistics hubs, warehouses and log centers. The geography of the project will cover the territory of Russia, the former CIS countries, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, India and China (more than 5.8 billion people in total). The purpose of the association was called "the creation of a modern high-tech digital trading platform and the provision of seamless tools for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the countries of presence."

In July, Wildberries and the owner company Russ Outdoor (LLC "Stinn") created a joint company - LLC "RVB" with an authorized capital of 20 million rubles. The company is 65% owned by Wildberries LLC, the rest is owned by Stinn LLC. The head of RVB is Robert Mirzoyan, CEO of Stinn LLC and Russ Outdoor LLC. Stinn also owns 99% of Russ Outdoor LLC.

The revenue of Wildberries LLC, the main legal entity of the Wildberries marketplace, in 2023 amounted to 538.7 billion rubles, net profit - 18.9 billion rubles.

Russ Group manages classic and digital advertising structures in 143 cities, including Moscow and St. Petersburg, cities of the Moscow region, places ads in the Moscow and St. Petersburg subways, on trains and at Russian Railways stations and at 18 airports. The total coverage of advertising structures exceeds 85 million people per month.

The revenue of Russ Outdoor LLC in 2023 amounted to 27.9 billion rubles, net profit - 4.86 billion rubles.
