Unvaccinated Saudi Arabians will not be Allowed Abroad
The Ministry of Internal Affairs explained this decision by the next surge of COVID-19 in the world, as well as "the low effectiveness of one dose of vaccine against new mutations".
An exception to this rule will be children under 12 years of age. However, to travel outside the country, they will need COVID-19 insurance approved by Saudi Arabia's central bank.
Overseas travel will also allow Saudi Arabians who have had coronavirus disease in the past six months or have had COVID-19 earlier and received one dose of the vaccine.
