OREANDA-NEWS  Ukrainian troops shelled the Kharkiv Tokarevka, one person was injured, said the head of the administration of the Kharkiv region, Vitaly Ganchev, in his Telegram channel.

"Ukrainian neo-Nazis shelled the village of Tokarevka in the Kharkiv region. A civilian was concussed as a result of the explosion," Ganchev said.

He noted that the victim received first aid.
