OREANDA-NEWS  The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has warned that from midnight on July 21, 2023, all vessels traveling in the Black Sea in the direction of seaports of the Russian Federation may be considered by Ukraine as carrying military cargo with all relevant risks.

This is stated in the statement of the department.

"In addition, shipping in the areas of the northeastern part of the Black Sea and the Kerch-Yenikal Strait," the ministry said.

Earlier, a similar warning for ships going to Ukrainian ports was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry.
