Twitter users criticized the EU's chief diplomat Barrel for words about Russia

OREANDA-NEWS Twitter users condemned the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrel, who said that Russia poses a threat to world food security.
"Shut up, warmonger!" - the commentator called.
