"From the very first minutes of the incident, both employees of the Emergency Situations Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and relevant departments, as well as representatives of the Moscow City Hall and the administration of the Didubiy district were mobilized on the spot," the mayor's office said.

It is clarified that a powerful explosion occurred in a residential building on Samtredi Street No. 2 in the Didube district. The administration of the Didubiy district has placed evacuated residents in hotels. According to Georgian TV companies, the explosion occurred on the ground floor.

Earlier, an explosion with a collapse occurred in the Erebuni district of Yerevan. It was reported that, according to preliminary data, two buildings at 34 Nor-Aresh Street were destroyed. Social media users claimed that the explosion could have occurred in a bakery.
