OREANDA-NEWS The US has placed at least 14 companies and three sea vessels under anti-Russian sanctions, the US Treasury Department said.

The sanctions lists were supplemented, in particular, by VNIIR Transstroy, VNIIR Promelectro, VNIIR Hydroelectroautomatics, the Progress shipping company registered in Liberia.

American restrictions are also being imposed on the oil tankers Kazan, Ligovsky Prospekt and NS Century.

The Russian Federation has repeatedly stated that the country will cope with the sanctions pressure that the West began to exert on Russia several years ago and continues to strengthen.
