OREANDA-NEWS Russia is not worried about the entry of expelled migrants into ISIS (a terrorist organization banned in Russia). This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Irina Yarovaya, quoted by the Daily Storm in Telegram.

Speaking about the measures being considered in the lower house to tighten migration policy, Yarovaya explained their meaning. According to her, the state's forces should be aimed at reducing potential threats. "We should be concerned that participants of extremist and terrorist organizations do not come to our territory of the Russian Federation," the deputy speaker of the State Duma explained.

In this regard, the deputies advocate for mandatory verification of the knowledge of the Russian language among migrants, Yarovaya continued. Any foreigner who illegally finds himself in the country already poses a threat, she recalled.

Yarovaya also proposed changing the rules for admitting migrant children to Russian schools. She stated that foreign children should be enrolled in educational institutions only after appropriate diagnosis.
