OREANDA-NEWS  A Tu-204-300 with the tail number RA-64059 of the special flight detachment "Russia" flew from Moscow to the Turkish capital Ankara amid rumors about the preparation of a large-scale prisoner exchange between Russia, Belarus, the United States and Germany. This became known from the data of the aircraft monitoring portal Flightradar24.

At the time of 14:35 (Moscow time), the aircraft is flying in the northeast of the Stavropol Territory. This aircraft is used by the Office of the President of Russia.

At the same time, the American private Dassault Falcon 7X of Solaris Aviation took off from Oslo and is flying to Ankara amid rumors of possible participation in a prisoner exchange. According to sources, the plane arrived in Norway on July 30, departing from the United States.
