The diplomatic mission noted that the administration of President Joe Biden is financing a "deliberately losing Ukrainian project", emptying the pockets of American taxpayers. "Washington expects that Zelensky's bloody gift will symbolize a chance for the Kiev junta to put up a 'worthy' resistance to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation," the statement said.

The embassy also called on Americans and Ukrainians to think about the consequences of the insane actions of Western politicians.

Earlier, Biden announced the allocation of almost $ 2.5 billion in military aid to Kiev. He added that the Pentagon is "in the process of transferring" hundreds of thousands of artillery ammunition and missiles to Ukraine.
