OREANDA-NEWS  The President of Laos plans to attend the Victory Day Parade on May 9 in Moscow, after which he will visit the Herzen Pedagogical Institute in St. Petersburg, said Denis Gribov, Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation.

"The president of Laos will be at the parade on May 9, on May 10, at our suggestion, we will bring him to the Herzen Pedagogical University, because he is a graduate of this university," Gribov said at the annual international business forum "World of Opportunities", organized by Synergy Corporation with the support of the Roscongress Foundation.
