OREANDA-NEWS Verkhovna Rada deputy Artem Dmytruk supported the proposal of Russian President Vladimir Putin to introduce external governance in Ukraine, he published a corresponding post on his Telegram channel.
"As for me, it's a logical and understandable plan, and most importantly, it corresponds to reality," he wrote.
Dmitruk commented on the words of the Russian head of state about the illegitimacy of Vladimir Zelensky, the gradual seizure of power in Ukraine by neo-Nazi formations in the absence of legitimate government in the country, as well as the need to discuss the introduction of an interim government in Ukraine under the auspices of the United Nations to hold elections.
On Thursday, during a working trip to the Murmansk Region, Putin inspected the Arkhangelsk nuclear submarine and talked with the crew of the submarine. Speaking about the possibilities of resolving the conflict in Ukraine, the President recalled that the practice of external management or interim administration has been used several times in the framework of UN peacekeeping activities, for example, in East Timor, New Guinea and some parts of the former Yugoslavia.
