OREANDA-NEWS  The demand for weapons in the darknet has increased dramatically after the start of a special military operation (SVO) in Ukraine.

Prices for illegal "trunks" have also gone up, which for the most part are highly dependent on suppliers. Illegal "barrels" are most often made from refined weapons. At the same time, prices for the latter are rising due to the complication of imports to Russia due to sanctions. And if the prices of consumables rise, they also rise for Russian weapons.

According to the estimates of the owner of store "B", today the monthly turnover of illegal arms trade in the Russian segment of the darknet exceeds 10 million rubles.

At the same time, the sources in the darknet refute the facts of arms supplies from the zone of its own. According to sellers from the darknet, the export of weapons from Donbass was blocked in 2015 — now only mines and grenades can be taken out of there.
