OREANDA-NEWS. Ukrainian special services are preparing a "staged terrorist attack" at one of the facilities in Kharkov, Luhansk or Donetsk regions. This was stated by the official representative of the People's Militia of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) Ivan Filiponenko.

“The undercover intelligence of the People’s Militia of the LPR received data on the preparation by Ukrainian special services of a staged high-profile terrorist act with numerous casualties among the civilian population at one of the industrial or social facilities in Kharkov, Lugansk or Donetsk regions with dangerous production,” he said.

According to Filiponenko, this "terror attack" will allow Ukraine to move to active hostilities in the Donbass and is being prepared as part of a special information operation CRUSHING SWORD.

Earlier, a representative of the People's Militia Department (UNM) of the DPR, Colonel Eduard Basurin, said that hired soldiers from Poland had arrived in the Donbass on the line of contact. According to Basurin, before the start of the military operation in Kiev, the mercenaries will try to hit civilian infrastructure, thereby provoking the DPR to retaliate in order to use them as a pretext for launching an offensive. The colonel also said that the arrival of Ukrainian nationalists from the Right Sector was observed in the Donetsk direction.
