He also added that "Taliban” knows that. 

Maas also stressed that the country will not be able to exist without international assistance. 

As it was reported by EADaily, earlier the delegation of the “Taliban” movement declared to the special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov about its commitment to a peaceful solution of the situation in the country, said the official representative of the political office of the movement in Qatar, Suheil Shahin. The Russian Foreign Ministry indicated that the Taliban offensive in Afghanistan is carrying on.
