OREANDA-NEWS   Member of the European Parliament (EP) Jacek Sariusz-Wolski called the condition under which Georgia will be denied membership in the European Union (EU). He wrote about this on his Twitter.

"Parallels between [ex-Georgian President Mikhail] Saakashvili and the prospects of Georgia's accession to the EU are fundamentally imperative! Both [cases] are inseparable. The European Parliament will never vote for Georgia's membership in the EU if the former president [remains] in custody and dies in prison," the politician warned.
