OREANDA-NEWS  Afghanistan, where power has passed to the radicals, can again turn into an incubator of international terrorism. This cannot be allowed, Austrian Minister for European and Foreign Affairs Alexander Schallenberg said on August 25 at a joint press conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Budapest. 

"The international community must do everything possible to prevent Afghanistan from becoming an incubator of international terrorism again", Schallenberg said. 

According to him, the Afghan problem is now the most pressing issue on the international agenda. It is necessary to prevent a huge wave of migration from this country, the people of Afghanistan should be assisted. 

As it was reported by the media, theGerman Chancellor Angela Merkel also said that the world community did not expect the rapid surrender of Afghanistan to the radical Taliban group.
