OREANDA-NEWS The Swedish government has instructed Ukraine to send water scooters in service with the Coast Guard service. This was stated in the government office, TASS reports.

"The government has decided to instruct the coast Guard to transfer the water scooters to Ukraine. Jet skis are something that is in demand in Ukraine, and according to the Coast Guard, scooters can be donated to Ukraine immediately," the statement said.

It is noted that Sweden will transfer to Ukraine a batch of nine scooters that have already been de-identified. The equipment used by the Swedes has also been dismantled.

Earlier, Sweden decided to join the Czech Republic's initiative to purchase ammunition for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in third countries. For this, the country wants to allocate 30 million euros. The Ministry of Defense of the country will hold talks with Czech colleagues on this issue.
