OREANDA-NEWS The share of Russian software at domestic industrial enterprises is only a quarter, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said during the plenary session of the VII conference "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia", reports TASS, Gazeta.ru.

He said that it was about the technologies that perform key functions: product data management, dispatching, collecting information from the machines, etc.

According to the chairman of the Government, the industry ranks third in terms of costs for the introduction and application of digital solutions. The first and second positions are taken by information and communication technologies and the financial and insurance segment.

The prime minister regretted that the manufacturing industries do not apply solutions based on artificial intelligence, analysis of more information, although they help increase productivity, reduce costs and optimize processes.
