OREANDA-NEWS  The Armed Forces of Ukraine lost more than 8.3 thousand servicemen during November. In addition, ten helicopters and five aircraft were among the losses. This information was provided by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu on Tuesday during a conference call at the military department.

"The enemy's losses over the previous month exceeded 8,300 troops, 5 planes, 10 helicopters, 149 tanks and more than 300 armored fighting vehicles," Shoigu said.

According to the information of the Russian Defense Minister, the Russian military forces inflicted significant damage on the enemy, including manpower and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Lugansk-Donetsk and South Donets directions.

The Minister added that Russian troops have recently liberated Mayorsk, Opytne, Pavlovka, Andreevka, Belogorovka Yuzhnaya and Kurdyumovka. Significant damage to the equipment and manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was inflicted in the Lugansk-Donetsk and South-Donetsk directions.

The day before it was reported that Russian troops destroyed more than 220 Ukrainian soldiers in four directions in a day.
