OREANDA-NEWS. The shift workers at the Chayandinskoye gas field owned by the company Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk took to a protest rally near the administration building.

The edition Yakutia.Info reports that several dozen people complain about the lack of protective equipment, as well as the poor quality of food in the local dining room.

Yamal PRO indicates that protesters expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that they still do not know if there are coronavirus patients among the people with whom they live and work.

The press service of the leadership of the Republic of Yakutia explained that shift workers were tested at the field, but the results have not yet been obtained. “According to preliminary data, it is obvious that there will be many infected,” they added. At the same time, the message states that Gazprom will be ready to transport people from the field to places of permanent residence.
