OREANDA-NEWS  In Pskov, the court issued a fine of 30 thousand rubles to the chairman of the regional Yabloko Lev Shlosberg (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation). This is what the Telegram channel "Careful, news" writes about.

The politician was found guilty under the article on discrediting the Russian Armed Forces (20.3.3 of the Administrative Code) due to the repost of a video message by American actor and ex-governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger in March 2022.

It is noted that an employee of the Center "E" (the Main Directorate for Countering Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation) came across a repost of this video. The operative saw in it statements where the actions of the Russian Armed Forces "are characterized as an invasion, as not aimed at protecting purposes, as related to attacks on the civilian population and civilian infrastructure."

Earlier, the 2nd Western District Military Court in Moscow sentenced Maria Mammadova, an ex-employee of the Ministry of Justice, to 14 years in a penal colony in absentia for spreading fakes about the Russian Armed Forces.
