OREANDA-NEWS  The largest exhibition in the field of information technology - GITEX 2024 - opened on October 14 in Dubai, this year 34 Russian companies representing developments in the field of corporate software, cybersecurity, digital solutions for agriculture, transport and medicine, geoinformation systems, participate in a collective exhibition under the Made in Russia brand with the support of the Russian Export Center (REC, is part of the Web.Russian Federation), the center reports.

"During the first two days of the event, Russian companies have already held more than 140 b2b meetings with business representatives from the MENA region. The national exposition under the Made in Russia brand is located in the CYBER VALLEY pavilion at the Dubai International Exhibition Center," the message reads.

Participants from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sverdlovsk region, Perm, Rostov-on-Don and other regions demonstrate their innovative solutions and technologies to potential partners from the Middle East.

One of the technologies presented was the development of a Moscow IT company that uses computer vision methods for automated data acquisition based on the analysis of a sequence of images coming from video cameras in real time or from archival recordings. This technology has already been successfully applied in various industries, and the company has implemented more than 60 projects.

A company from St. Petersburg specializing in industrial design and development of consumer devices is also represented among the participants of the exhibition. It offers a wide range of hardware projects, including wearables, sensors, smart devices, consumer electronics and medical devices.

Another Moscow-based company presented its flagship products at the stand, including video conferencing, an artificial intelligence-based business assistant, as well as an IP phone and a hardware and software video terminal. These solutions provide comprehensive and secure communications for business structures and government companies.

"Our ecosystem includes 14 solutions that help meet the needs of customers of any complexity level. We are confident that participation in GITEX 2024 will open up new opportunities to expand our presence in the international market," the company commented.

The GITEX exhibition runs until October 18 and is the largest event for technology companies, where the latest solutions in the fields of e-commerce, cloud computing, the Internet of things, artificial intelligence, telecommunications and cybersecurity are demonstrated. More than 100,000 people visit the exhibition every year, and more than 5,000 companies from 90 countries, including world leaders in the IT industry, take part in it.
