OREANDA-NEWS. Protesters took to the streets of Hong Kong with an updated list of requirements. In response to Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam's meager apology, protesters said, "Too little and too late."
The number of those who disagree with the country's policy has reached two million. Signs indicating their demands read: impartial investigation of protesters ' clashes with the police, cancellation of the description of the protest as an "illegal riot" and so on.
Many demand the resignation of Carrie Lam, believing that she can not cope with their duties as head of the territory. But Mrs. Lam Didn't act like she was going to retire when she said she was sorry.
