OREANDA-NEWS The current global situation has a serious impact on all countries of the world, including Tajikistan, said the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon. According to him, quoted by the Sputnik Tajikistan portal, the consequences of this crisis are unpredictable and long-term, and therefore it is necessary to stock up on products for two years.

Rahmon recalled that citizens should attach serious importance to the effective use of land in order to ensure the abundance of agricultural products in consumer markets. He assured that the Government of the country is taking all necessary measures to protect the economy and the population.

«We must use every auspicious spring day to lay the foundation for a rich harvest. Remember that every family needs to stock up on food for two years», the Tajik leader noted.

He clarified that at the same time it is necessary to take measures to ensure that residents of the country do not face any difficulties and do not suffer from food shortages or rising prices for it.
