OREANDA-NEWS Ex-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko expressed a desire to become a deputy of the European Parliament.

In an interview with Ukrainian Truth, to the question of who he sees himself in ten years, Poroshenko replied: “I would really like for me to be alive. And I would dream that I would complete my cadence [term] of a member of the European Parliament. ”

He refused to answer the question of how, in his opinion, his work as president would be described in history textbooks. “Let's talk about this in two to three years. I am convinced that you will have a different opinion, ”he said. Speaking about his achievements, Poroshenko said that he managed to "destroy Putin’s plan to destroy Ukraine." However, he admitted that he would have done a lot differently if he had the opportunity to return to the past.
