Police Detained a Man Who Took Hostages in Paris
OREANDA-NEWS. Police have detained a man who took two women hostage in the 12th arrondissement of Paris a day earlier. This was announced by French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin on Twitter. According to the French police, no one was injured during the detention of the kidnapper. It is reported that the criminal is 50 years old and he suffers from a mental disorder. The man demanded a meeting with the Minister of Justice Eric Dupont-Moretti.
