OREANDA-NEWS. A draft resolution against the Russian interpretation of history will be presented at the next meeting of the Polish Sejm (lower house of the republic’s parliament). This was announced on January 4 by the vice-speaker of the parliament Malgozhata Kidava Blonska.
"The fight against lies about Poland and history must be consistent and strong in order to become effective. At the next meeting of the Sejm I will present a draft resolution on Russian propaganda", she wrote on Twitter.
On December 27, Russian Ambassador to Poland Sergey Andreev was invited to talk to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic in connection with the discussion that unfolded after the words of Russian President Vladimir Putin about the Polish ambassador to Germany who had held the post of World War II before the Second World War. At an expanded board of the Defense Ministry, Putin called the "bastard and anti-Semitic pig" an ambassador who promised a monument to Hitler for expelling Jews to Africa.
So the head of state commented on the diary of a Polish diplomat in Germany in the late 1930s. A statement by the republic’s diplomatic mission noted that the words of the president of the Russian Federation allegedly “constitute a false picture of events,” and therefore cause concern and distrust.
