OREANDA-NEWS Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has arrived in Kiev for talks with Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky, where he will discuss achieving peace in Ukraine. This was stated by his press secretary Bertalan Khavashi, TASS reports.

"The main topic of the meeting is the possibility of achieving peace," he said. Khavashi added that Orban and Zelensky will discuss issues of bilateral relations.

Earlier, the Hungarian prime minister said that if Donald Trump wins the US presidential election, there will be a ceasefire in Ukraine. The politician stressed that "sooner or later, negotiations between Russia and the United States will begin." According to him, Europe needs to think about "who and how in this case will represent its interests."
