OREANDA-NEWS Teachers are the real masters of Belarus, as they are the agents of state policy for children. Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko called the teachers the masters of the republic, BelTA reports.

"I really hope for you. Only the teacher can carry out the policy that I want to be carried out at the bottom. That's why I said that you shouldn't be afraid of anyone. You are the masters in this country," the Belarusian leader said.

He added that if teachers begin to retreat from their mission, then everyone will have to flee the country, because unnamed external forces have already prepared a "whip" for Belarus.

Earlier, Lukashenko predicted that Ukrainians would realize that the West was unnecessary. He expressed the opinion that after that Kiev would want to restore relations with Moscow and Minsk.
