Lukashenko Announced the Refusal of the West to Investigate the Incident with the Ryanair Plane

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, speaking on Wednesday in the Belarusian parliament, said that the West refused to investigate the incident with an emergency landing at the airport of Minsk Ryanair aircraft. This was reported on Wednesday by the TV news agency (ATN), which is part of the state media holding Belteleradiocompany.
"Lukashenko: The West has refused to investigate," ATN reported on its official Telegram channel.
Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko, commenting on the emergency landing of the plane of the Irish airline Ryanair in Minsk, said that he acted in accordance with the law, he had to protect citizens in accordance with international rules.
Lukashenko on Wednesday at a meeting in the House of Government with members of the Constitutional Commission and representatives of government bodies said that in a difficult situation "he acted legally, protecting people, in accordance with all international rules."
"The plane was deployed near the BelNPP. What if suddenly the nuclear power plant's security systems were put on full alert?" - quotes the words of the leader of the republic on the Telegram channel Sputnik Belarus.
Lukashenko stressed that the Ryanair crew consulted with the airline and the airport in Vilnius, but decided to board in Minsk.
“There was a bomb or not, but if I was informed that there was a terrorist on the plane, I would immediately give the order to land the plane,” the president explained, quoted by Sputnik Belarus.
