OREANDA-NEWS. The Ukrainian military are kicking civilians out of their houses in Donbas and stationing their personnel there, the head of the LNR People's Militia Department, Yan Leshchenko, said at a briefing.

"In the locality of Lopaskino, militants of the 79th AFU Brigade on Karl Marx Street are kicking civilians out of their houses and stationing personnel of the 3rd battalion there,"- the LNR representative said.

Leshchenko previously reported that the Ukrainian military had activated in Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odessa and Chernihiv regions. According to the LNR representative, they are preparing an armed offensive in the zone of the "combined forces operation".

According to Leshchenko, there are units of the 35th Independent Marines Brigade in the Odessa region, 121st Independent Brigade in the Dnipropetrovsk region, 93rd Independent Mechanized Brigade in the Kharkiv region, and 156th Air Defence Regiment of Ukraine in the Chernihiv region.

In recent days, the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics and Ukraine have been accusing each other of building up their forces in Donbas. For example, on 24 January, the Donetsk people's militia said that the Ukrainian army was preparing an armed offensive in the area of the "combined forces operation".

At the same time, Ukrainian intelligence said that "tanks from Russia" had been sent to the Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics. In addition, the self-proclaimed republics received more than 7 thousand tons of fuel, ammunition, including for artillery systems and mortars, and other weapons, according to the main intelligence department of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
