Japan has significantly expanded the list of targets of anti-Russian sanctions

OREANDA-NEWS The Japanese government has announced the expansion of the list of legal entities and individuals in Russia and a number of other countries subject to sanctions restrictions.
The sanctions are imposed on 11 individuals, 51 legal entities and three banks from Russia, as well as dozens of foreign companies.
In particular, by the decision of the Japanese Cabinet of Ministers, the Russian Machine-Building Scientific and Production Union, the Aleksinsky Chemical Plant, CMRBank, RFK Bank and Timer Bank, and a number of other Russian legal entities and organizations were sanctioned.
The existing sanctions list against individuals has been expanded at the expense of Pavel Marinychev, CEO of ALROSA, Vladimir Artyakov, First Deputy CEO of Rostec State Corporation, Sergey Petrov, CEO of PSV Technologies, and eight others. Their assets in Japan, if discovered, are subject to freezing.
Sanctions are also being imposed against 31 foreign companies from China, the United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Thailand and Turkey, Georgian MRB Bank and one North Korean citizen.
