OREANDA-NEWS The activities of Donald Trump as president of the United States approve 44% of Americans, according to a survey conducted by ABC News and The Washington Post.

This is a record high level of approval for Mr. Trump’s actions over his entire presidential term. However, at the same time, 53% of respondents do not approve of his activities. Thus, this category of citizens has remained in the majority for two and a half years already - this is the worst figure among all the American presidents, in respect of whom such surveys were conducted.

Americans are satisfied with the economic policy of Donald Trump - 51% of respondents approve of it. For Mr. Trump, this is also a record. But Americans consider the behavior of the head of the White House to be inadmissible for the president - 65% of respondents think so. The share of those who oppose the impeachment of Donald Trump has grown to a record high of 59%.
