OREANDA-NEWS  A sudden check of the combat readiness of the Armed Forces of the Republic has begun in Belarus. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the country.

It is noted that the sudden check of the combat readiness of the army began on behalf of the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Belarus. President Alexander Lukashenko.

As part of the inspection, the troops will have to move to the designated areas as soon as possible, carry out their engineering equipment, organize security and defense, as well as build crossings over the Neman and Berezina rivers.

The ministry warned that military equipment and personnel will move along separate public roads during this period, which will lead to temporary traffic restrictions.

Earlier, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Commander of the internal troops of Belarus Nikolai Karpenkov expressed concern about the situation near the borders of the republic. According to him, Belarusians participating in the fighting in Ukraine on the side of Kiev "are building plans for the forceful overthrow of the current government."
