It is noted that an 82-year-old woman died in a nursing home in the Australian state of Queensland after being vaccinated against COVID-19. It is not yet clear, as the TV channel reports, whether there was death due to the vaccine. It is clarified that the woman had health problems, including lung disease.

According to the latest data, by Monday, about 855 thousand vaccinations were made in Australia with Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccines.

Earlier, the Australian regulator approved vaccines from pharmaceutical companies AstraZeneca and Pfizer for use in the country. Australia will receive 20 million doses of the vaccine from the latter in 2021.
