OREANDA-NEWS.  Direct gas supplies via the Yamal- Europe pipeline to Germany resumed on Thursday afternoon after five days of stopping and reversing in the opposite direction, according to data from the European gas transportation operator Gascade.

Thus, the volume of deliveries for the first hour after the resumption of pumping reached 186.6 thousand cubic meters.

Direct gas pumping to Europe via the Yamal-Europe pipeline stopped on Saturday morning, October 30. So, gas pumping dropped sharply from 09:00 to 10:00 Moscow time, and then stopped altogether. After that, the reverse of gas through the pipeline in the opposite direction from Germany to Poland began.
