OREANDA-NEWS  Ukraine will be able to regain control of Donbass during the reign of US President Joe Biden. This development of events was predicted by the former US Ambassador to Russia and former NATO Deputy Secretary General Alexander Vershbow in an interview with the Ukrainian edition of Gordon.

Vershbow explained that for the return of Crimea to Ukraine in Russia, the government must change, in particular, the head of state must change. The former diplomat hoped for the appearance of more "progressive" politicians in Russia and recalled that the United States does not recognize the annexation of Crimea to Russia.

Earlier in Ukraine, they talked about the possibility of preventing the loss of Crimea and Donbass in 2014: the incident was blamed on the lack of willpower of the people responsible for this.
