According to RIA Novosti, citing local media, the police operation took place near a shopping center on Prospekt Mira. The detainees found weapons, other dangerous objects and drugs. Their apartments are being searched.
Among the detainees are immigrants from Chechnya and Armenia. They were preparing a meeting with football fans - fans of the local Cracovia club. The conflict between them arose due to the illegal trade in cigarettes, which flourishes in the squares of Krakow. According to the Polish television channel TVN24, Caucasians wanted to take control of this criminal business.
