OREANDA-NEWS The UK has expanded sanctions against Russia, and five naval vessels have been subject to restrictions, the British government said. Restrictions have also been imposed on the structures of the Russian armed forces: the Command of the Aerospace Forces, the 924th State Center for Unmanned Aviation and the command of Military Transport Aviation.

In July, the UK added 11 ships to the sanctions list, which, according to London, transported oil and petroleum products bypassing the price ceiling.

The Russian authorities consider sanctions from Western countries illegal.
