OREANDA-NEWS. Negotiations of the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolay Patrushev and the adviser to the U.S. President for national security John Bolton came to the end in Jerusalem.

Before a meeting the Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper wrote that Russia, the USA and Israel prepare the transaction on Syria which assumes cancellation of sanctions against Damascus. In exchange for it Russia allegedly will have to state commitment to "concrete measures" — in particular, to control actions of Iran in Syria and to monitor political processes in the republic. Vladimir Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov did not confirm this information and urged not to trust it.

Earlier Patrushev reported that he is going to discuss with the colleagues from Israel and the USA questions of internal political settlement in Syria, extermination of the remained terrorists and restoration of this country.
