OREANDA-NEWS  A Memorandum of Understanding was signed in Beijing today between the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China on the completion of the discussion of the fundamental provisions of the text of the Agreement on Trade in Services and Investment between our countries and the beginning of negotiations on market access.

The signatory on the Belarusian side was First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Nikolay Snopkov, on the Chinese side - Minister of Commerce of the People's Republic of China Wang Wentao.

By this document, the parties confirmed the completion of the discussion on the key provisions of the text of the future international treaty, agreed on the need to immediately begin negotiations on access to services markets and investment and to complete work on the Agreement in 2023.
