OREANDA-NEWS.  Prime Minister Boyko Borissov commissioned the Minister of Energy Temenuzhka Petkova to request a written opinion from “White and Case”, which should present the reasons for the possibilities or lack thereof to appeal the decision by the Geneva International Court of Arbitration in the case between the National Electric Company and “Atomstroiexport” in relation to the “Belene” project. His decision aims to give publicity to the motives for the decision.

“White and Case” is an international attorney association, which represented the National Electric Company before the International Court of Arbitration.
