OREANDA-NEWS. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman has commissioned the responsible ministries and departments to ensure the accumulation of necessary energy resources and high-quality preparation of objects of housing and communal services, as well as objects of social sphere for the heating season. The Head of Government said during a meeting of the Crisis energy headquarters dedicated to considering the problems in the energy sector and preparations of the fuel and energy complex for autumn-winter of 2016-2017 on Tuesday, August 30.

"I want to emphasize that each of you, your department should be responsible to fulfill the tasks and accumulate the required amount of energy resources - fuel, coal; to provide quality work and gear up all objects of housing and utilities, social sphere for the heating season", said Volodymyr Groysman addressing the leadership of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine, Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, State Agency of Automobile Roads, PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia, NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy, SE NNEGC "Energoatom".

The Prime Minister noted that the results of preparation by responsible agencies for the heating season varied.

The Head of Government reminded that lately there had taken place a meeting of the Crisis energy staff and been defined a number of tasks aimed to ensure proper preparation of the country for the upcoming autumn-winter heating period. He noted that the work of the staff prolonged until the next meeting.
