Dacic: It Is Ethical Purity for Croatia to Kill Tens of Thousands of Serbs
"The statement by Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, that Operation Storm had been an ethically pure victory and that it had relieved the Serbs of the burden of the Greater Serbia project, is an indicator that it is ethically pure for Croatia to kill tens of thousands of Serbs and to expel more than 220,000. It's sheer impudence to say that Storm disburdened the Serbs.
How? By depriving them of their lives, their homes, lands and forests, and their pensions, by driving them out of their ancestral homes and their homeland? And from whom did they liberate those towns and villages where Serbs constituted an absolute majority population? Storm was the largest ethnic cleansing operation in Europe after the Second World War. After all, even the Croats themselves have written down that according to the Croatian state census, Serbs accounted for 18.45% of the population in 1931, and a mere 4.36% in 2011.
According to the 1991 census, there were 581,663 Serbs in Croatia, and twenty years later, in 2011, after Storm and other ethically pure actions, as the Croatian President says, there were only 186,633. Where have those 400,000 Serbs gone within the space of twenty years?
Instead of expressing a feeling of guilt and sympathy, Croatia is proud of it, as shown by the speeches in Knin and the Ustasha salutes; in Knin, where Serbs constituted 80% of the population in 1991. The final solution for the Serbian question: expel one third, kill another third, and convert to Catholicism the last third, an idea by Mile Budak, an Ustasha Minister in the Nazi puppet state of NDH, will never be accepted by Serbia, regardless of how much Croatia is hiding behind the EU and NATO", said Minister Dacic.
