OREANDA-NEWS. President Petro Poroshenko signed Law on Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine Stimulating Development of the Market of Used Vehicles.

The signature took place in the presence of co-authors – people’s deputies who represent different factions following the achievement of compromise that the law will be amended in order to defend both state and consumers.

The Head of State and people’s deputies agreed that the amendments urgently submitted by the President will be endorsed by all factions and approved by the Parliament on Thursday. The amendments will provide for a strict regulation of the law, namely – one car until the end of the law’s effect, resale ban and condition that the car owner must drive it through the border personally.
